My stay at the YMCA of the Rockies was packed with fun and activities for the whole family, creating countless memorable moments together. The views of the mountains and wildlife were breathtaking, and the various recreational facilities kept everyone entertained. However, I found the dining experiences to be a bit hit-or-miss, with repetitive meal choices. Additionally, some scheduling issues made it hard to fit in all the activities we wanted to enjoy.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were rustic and fine, though some lacked air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night.
Service
6.0
Service could improve; while housekeeping made the beds, they didn't seem thorough in cleaning other areas.
Location
10.0
The property is wonderfully located next to Rocky Mountain National Park, offering stunning natural surroundings.
Dining
5.0
Dining could use more variety; we had rice multiple days and could have benefited from better meal planning.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities are comprehensive with many recreational options like ping pong, foosball, and organized programs for kids.

My stay at YMCA of the Rockies was nothing short of amazing! The location was breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and wildlife. The variety of activities kept my family entertained throughout our trip, and I appreciated the spacious and clean accommodations. However, the dining options were a bit limited, with breakfast only offered through a limited number of coupons, which might not suit larger families. Overall, it provided great value for a family vacation.

Rooms

The lodge rooms we stayed in were spacious and well-equipped, although a bit dated. They offered stunning views, especially at sunrise.

While the staff were generally friendly and accommodating, the dining service could use some improvement in managing meal times.

Dining options were adequate; however, I found the breakfast selection limited based on the number of coupons provided, and dinner offerings appeared less appealing.

We enjoyed our time at the YMCA of the Rockies with plenty of activities to keep our family entertained. The scenic views of the mountains made our stay special. However, the dining options could be improved, especially with the repetitive meals. The lack of flexible pool hours also limited our enjoyment of that aspect.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were simple yet comfortable, decorated in a rustic style that added to the charm. However, the lack of air conditioning made it challenging to sleep well due to the heat and brightness at night.
Service
6.0
While we had mixed experiences with housekeeping, the overall organization of activities was decent. It was a bit frustrating to reserve everything in advance without enough time to see what we wanted to do.
Location
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was somewhat lackluster, with rice appearing on the menu far too often for our taste. It would be nice to see a greater variety of meal options during our stay.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were impressive with plenty of recreational activities available, but the pool's limited hours really made it hard to fit in swimming around our planned activities.

I had an incredible stay at the YMCA of the Rockies for my family vacation! The accommodations were excellent, offering plenty of space for all of us. The range of activities kept the kids entertained all day long. However, the dining experience could be improved, as the food was just okay and the dining hall was busy. Overall, it was a fantastic family getaway, and I highly recommend it!

The food in the dining hall was adequate but could use more variety; it was busy, making it a bit hectic during peak hours.

The Eagle Cliff Lodge offers breathtaking views and a variety of engaging activities for families, making it a fun spot for nature lovers. However, the rooms left much to be desired, with issues like stains and insufficient cleanliness, which made for an uncomfortable stay overall.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had an impressive view but were unfortunately not well-maintained, with stained sheets and unmade beds that we had to address ourselves.
